Why I’m Joining the Celery Juice Movement
Coming out of quarantine, I need a reset. Big time. So, I’m returning to all the most impactful practices I have learned over the years in my quest for true health from the inside out, massive vitality, and longevity.
I first learned about the amazing healing benefits of celery juice from Dr. Anthony Williams in his book, “Life Changing Foods” several years ago. He has since written an entire book on this most powerful anti-inflammatory foods on the planet, “Celery Juice – The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide”.
While Williams has been touting celery as a miraculous herb (it’s not a vegetable believe it or not!) for decades, a literal global healing revolution has been born with millions of people around the world drinking 16 ounces of straight celery juice on an empty stomach every morning and experiencing the benefits for themselves.
